Do not the folders appear in FTP?

    Hello, we are a company that designs virtual stores, we saw your plugin looks amazing, but… we created some folders, we organized some base images, and when we wanted to upload the client’s products that are 5,000 to organize them in the folders created with FileBird, they do not appear, so it is difficult to buy the PRO version, because if the folders are virtual they could be consuming constant resources of the server. What would be the solution?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us and for your interest in FileBird, but may I know what does not appear when you said “they do not appear”.

    => Do you mean your files or the folders you created?

    Also, the virtual folders do not constantly consume server resources because the resources created to make the plugin work automatically self destruct everyday.
