    bootstrap.css is killing your design.

more IMPORTANTly, do not save any calculators in BackEnd before the fix. They might get destroyed

  • Yeah, I’ve seen the same problem here too. I’ve had to disable the plugin for now.

The same, made downgrade of the plugin back to 3.2.6.

The update to 3.2.7 overwrote all our css for font sizes. We deactivated it to confirm and are getting a fatal error message when we try to re-activate or rollback to v 3.2.6.

    Hello,

Thank you for sharing the information. We have identified some unexpected issues, and based on your comments, our development team has pinpointed the core of the problem related to the use of Bootstrap.

Our development team is currently working on resolving this issue, and an update will be available within the next 12-20 hours.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Best regards

I noticed that 3.2.8 is out and so I’ve upgraded to that. However, it won’t activate. It generates a fatal error:

PHP Fatal error: ?Cannot declare interface enshrined\svgSanitize\data\AttributeInterface, because the name is already in use in /var/www/vhosts/***.co.uk/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/cost-calculator-builder/includes/helpers/sanitizer/data/AttributeInterface.php on line 10

    Hey @holle75 @wpgoodness @valnovo,

The 3.2.8 Cost Calculator Builder is live which specifically addresses the Bootstrap issues: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/cost-calculator-builder/changelog-1/changelog-free-version#id-3.2.8.

    @ukdevil,

This SVG error is being caused by a plugin conflict, as Cost Calculator and the SVG plugin you have installed use the same svgSanitize library. Please try temporarily deactivating the other SVG plugin, updating Cost Calculator Builder, and then reactivating the SVG plugin you have.

    Kind regards,

Thanks for getting back to me. We do have another SVG plugin, but, deactivating that didn’t help, unfortunately. In fact, I deactivated all the plugins and even then I’m still unable to activate Cost Calculator

I seem to have fixed it now. I had to delete the free version altogether and reinstall it. Then it activated ok along with Pro and all the calculators are intact, thankfully.

Updating to 3.2.8 is causing a critical error still, even after deleting the plugin, clearing the cache, uploading via repo, zip file, and file manager.

Happy to provide a system status report via a secure form if that would be helpful to continue to help troubleshoot.

Following up on our support concern from 5 days ago…

Any and all updates would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello @wpgoodness

Can try to check by installing the plugin on a completely fresh and clean WordPress environment? The latest version of the plugin doesn’t provide any restriction for us. Also, can you provide server error logs as well that you received? By checking server-error logs we can detect the case

    Best regards

    hi @mgordon7

The latest version (3.2.10) does still trigger a fatal error message in the plugin overview and won’t activate. If you would please provide us with a secure link to provide you with error logs and system status report, we’re happy to get that to you.

    Thank you!

    Hey @wpgoodness,

Sure thing, you can send your error logs and system status report here: https://stylemix.net/ticket-form/.

    Looking forward to your email!

    Kind regards,

    Hi @lozesaint

We’ve submitted a support ticket via the link you provided above. There is no confirmation received for the submission though, so I want to ensure that is being received. Please advise.

    Thank you!

Could you please provide the latest debug log, in this way we can track from what exact aspect the unexpected fatal comes on your site. Mroevoer, have you tested on a completely fresh and clean WordPress environment as we suggested previously?

    Best regards
