Do not upgrade this theme to the Pro version – it does not work.

  • Longevity theme is good so I paid to upgrade to the Pro version because of the extra features and the tech support, but in the last 10 days I have not been able to get it to work, I have had no technical support from the forum apart from one unnamed person from Shaped pixels asking for a link to the website I’m trying to create and no I am trying to get a refund but there are no contact details for the company and no way of tracking anyone down other than the inactive ‘support forum’. When I checked their Twitter and Facebook accounts I see that it has no been updated for the last 2 years, so this theme is clearly defunct. Do not waste your money on it, the code doesn’t work.

    The author cannot support any customers here. That’s not permitted here. For any pro support you can’t use the free forums here for that reason and this theme.

    Apologies for the late response on your queries, we have sent you a response on our pro support forum and advised on your questions. It seems like you simply missed to install a required plugin to make shortcodes work.
