DO NOT USE – breaks plugins, site, surrenders site to proprietary dashboard

I don’t understand why this plugin is necessary just to upgrade their 10Web Social Feed plugin to the premium version, as all that should be required is to send a download link for the updated plugin after purchase. Instead, this 10Web Manager co-opts your website for 10Web’s proprietary dashboard system. Even then, their dashboard does not offer clear steps for how to upgrade from the free 10Web Social Feed plugin to the version I paid for.

I paid for the Advanced license, but the 10Web Social Feed plugin is broken after upgrade. The 10Web Manager plugin is not helpful. Product support is nonexistent as support agents will lie to paying customers saying the ticket is being escalated, response will come within 24 hours, etc. but there hasn’t been a peep in the 24 hours since I submitted my urgent ticket. 10Web seems content to just take your money and then do nothing else.

I will be requesting a refund, wish me luck if I actually end up receiving it.
