Do NOT want past events to display

  • Hi, I have posted about this and am not getting an answer. Any help is appreciated.

    Events from June still show up and the calendar defaults to show up in the month of “June”.

    The client wants the current month to show automatically. To fix this I un-published all past events.

    I saw a post about using category slug but I cannot get this to work. I put the code

    calendar-archive-page/?calendar_year2013&category=events

    On my “class calendar” page but this doesn’t work since I cannot unclude special characters in the slug.

    Please help.

    I want the calendar to show the current month always with the option to browse in the future or in the past but to default to show only the current month.

  • If you go Settings/Calendar Archives/Options, choose Reverse months. This will display the current month at the top. Enable Browse by month (further down), you’ll be able to see your current month, while being able to navigate to previous months.
