Would it be possible to provide some detail on what exactly doesn’t work?

If you encountered an error after adding a snippet, it is likely due to a problem in the snippet code itself. This isn’t something I can fix in the plugin, because it would be coming from something that you have added.

If this has happened and you’re not sure how to recover from the error, the plugin includes a built-in ‘safe mode’ feature to temporarily disable all active snippets, canceling all errors to allow you access to your site where you can remove or deactivate the snippet causing the problems.

@lurvelife123 I think you’re being unfair to the developers.

Did you give them a chance to resolve the issue for you? You have not even said what is wrong with the plugin. I bet the problem is in some other part of your site or your snippets. I’ve been using this plugin for months and haven’t faced any issue with it.
