Do some research before purchasing

    I have been using Visual Composer for quite some time. I have used it when it had Wbakery Page Builder features, and I’m using it now as a “new” Visual Composer.

    And it’s a great product. Sure, it has a learning curve, and sure, it has some quirks here and there. But it’s quite useful, and yes, it’s a proper “visual” composer.

    Also, what’s wrong with customer support? Whenever I have created a ticket, the guys from VC have replied usually in a few hours.

    I mean, do your research before purchasing a product. ANY product.
