Do you allow private/restricted QA based on user groups?

Our client is interested in using this as a QA platform so that Company 1 can post Questions and our client can answer them. Company 1’s Q&A’s would be restricted to only Company 1 users.
Company 2 would have their own restricted use.
Is this possible?
