• Hello!

    I am the developer of another plugin (Smart Forms). I just want to ask you one quick question if you don’t mind, you have A LOT of support tickets and I was wondering if you find out a good solution to respond them quickly and hustle free?, I am thinking in creating an application precisely for this but I just wanted to check out with others fellow plugin developers if they already have a good solution.

    I currently just keep track of tickets and issues via my email inbox, and the WP.org forums. It isn’t perfect, but it generally works well. I’ve considered switching to something like Help Scout, but haven’t found a really compelling reason to ditch the forums yet. The only (small) problem I have currently is that sometimes I don’t get the email notices from the forums for some reason. If there was a solution that could integrate the WP.org forums, then I might be interested.
