Do you have to export and import Customers first before Orders?

Hi everyone,

I need to copy my WooCommerce customers, orders and coupons from one website to a new website and I just wondered if I have to export and import your WooCommerce Customers first before exporting and importing your WooCommerce Orders and Coupons?

And can this Plugin Order Export & Order Import for WooCommerce also import the Customers as well as the WooCommerce Orders and Coupons?
