• I think your player is certainly the prettiest one out there – I love it.
    However, now with the introduction of Elementor’s new Dynamic Content feature, I would like to use it in combination with Toolset Pro (using custom post types and custom taxonomies) templating features in Elementor Pro.

    Do you have any plans for the not too distant future to add dynamic features to the plugin?

    Hi!

    Thank you for your kind words!

    I did not had this in my plans, but now I have. Unfortunately I can’t say when I will be able to implement this feature.

    Thank you!

    I am so glad to hear that you have plans to implement this in the future; although I understand it may be awhile, I will be looking forward to it.

    I should mention that I have been looking all over the place for an audio player that has that feature, but cannot find one anywhere. And with Elementor’s new dynamic content implementation, I am certain there will be a demand for it.

    There’s plenty of dynamic: video players, carousels, slide shows various and text fields. But no one seems to think an audio player with that feature is worth the effort – so, again, thank you for considering it. You will certainly fill a niche once you do.

    I might also mention that an alternative approach – one that users could also use for dynamic audio content – would be if you were to add a way to insert one of your players by inserting it in a text field ‘using a shortcode method.

    Some of the Custom Field tools, like “Toolset” have a ‘before’ and ‘after’ method ‘which allow users to dynamically construct custom shortcodes in places where it otherwise is not possible to do. Perhaps that might be an easier approach for you to consider.
    Just a thought.

    I also need this feature. Our phone number is present in a centrally managed shortcode and shown one or the other way depending on where the user came from.

    I now need to show the phone number like so

    [phone_number]

    IN A NORMAL TEXT BLOCK — and not using the “Shortcode” functionality. When will this work or how can i make this work using some code in the functions.php file?

    I seem to have found the solution on the internet. By putting this into the functions.php

    add_filter( ‘elementor/widget/render_content’, ‘do_shortcode’);

    you will be able to use shortcodes in normal Elementor blocks.
