• In the last versions, WooCommerce has featured a nice logging system that allow shop administrators to save logs either in files or in the database, as long as filtering the output according our needs.

It would be really nice if you use this WooCommerce-provided logger, as all my other payment gateways do. That way I could manage all my gateway logs in the same way. We really like keeping debug logs activated always, as they have let us solve problems in the past.

Additionally, I’m checking that I cannot see any refund-related logs in my current braintree_log_entry post-metas. Is this an error?

    Best regards,

    Hi @davefx,

You must be using an older version of the plug-in. As of the 3.0 release our plug-in uses the standard woocommerce login functionality.

I recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of the plug-in so you get all of the latest features including logging.

    Kind regards,
