• While integrating the plugin form with echo do_shortcode(‘[emailpetition id=”1″]’) it just shows the form layout. On inspection, there are not any js or CSS file enqueued. While using the shortcode on WYSIWYG editor it works fine.

Hi, why are you inserting echo do_shortcode(‘[emailpetition id="1"]’) into a script instead of just the shortcode [emailpetition id="1"] in your page or post?

You are trying make the plugin work in a way in which it isn’t intended, so I am not sure how I can help.

Cause I need this form to be listed static on my custom page/post template rather than from the WordPress editor.

OK, I will experiment with this and see. Meanwhile, I suggest you test using another shortcode to see if it works, that will clarify if it is specifically the SpeakOut! plugin or something to do with your site.
