I believe that shortcode is related to this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/the-events-calendar-shortcode/

which is by a third party so I would get support here https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/the-events-calendar-shortcode

Our core plugin doesn’t include any shortcodes by default. We do have some available in the Pro version of the plugin however the one you describe isn’t found there either. I believe oliverrealize is correct that you’ll need to reach out to that other plugin developer for input on this one.
