Doble repeated menu after update to MB 3.0.0

After i updated Magazine Basic to 3.0.0 my menu is repeated and i do not know why

I want to clear the bottom menu or Secondary Menu.
There is nothing selected in the secondary menu at the Apperances-Menus.Thanks for any help
