Docs and roles

    My setup is:
    wp 3.6.1
    Buddypress 1.8.1
    Buddypress docs 1.5.1
    Capability manager plugin – Members 0.2.3

    I have the following role problem

    I created 3 roles:
    Role 1 – subscriber (can see the whole website but can’t post anything)
    Role 2 – Customer (can’t see the website but can see the groups and the docs)
    Role 3 – Project leader (can see the website and all the groups and can create new groups and docs)

    I made the website private with the Members plugin, so if you want to see the site you need to login with a minimum Role 1.

    How can I close the creation of docs for Role 1 and Role 2. It seems that all users can create docs.

    (bit off topic because it is for group creation but in the same league I think)

    Same goes for groups, I want to enable/disable group creation for users based on roles, I know you can turn off group creation except for the admin, but is this also possible for each role.
