    Hi everybody,

    Here are my installation details:

    WordPress 4.4.2
    BuddyPress 2.4.3
    BuddyPress Group Hierarchy 1.4.3
    BuddyPress Docs 1.8.8
    BuddyPress bbPress 2.5.8

On the frontend, when I click on the Docs tab in a group, I get the following warning:
There are no docs for this view. Why not create one?

This is strange as several documents have been associated to the group.

Apparently, it has something to do with the bp_docs_associate_with_group capability, but it is not defined anywhere in the database.

    Any clue?

    Thanks,
    EE.

    Hi eelziere-

The group associations are managed by taxonomy terms (like categories). So it’s possible that something is going wrong before those are set.

    Two questions:
    1) If you visit your main docs library at /docs, there’s a “Group” column. Do the docs you associated with groups have the name of the group listed in that column?

    2) If you edit a doc that you think is associated with a group, is the group selected in the “associated group” dropdown?

    Hi,

On the /docs/ page, none of my documents have something in the Group column.

When I edit any document, the associated Group dropdown is set to None.

However, When I have a look though the backend, I can see the associated items for each document (some of them have several ones).
