Docs Page and Shortcodes

@rayeason I am not a member of their team, but I am from the same country (Bangladesh), although I currently live abroad (I personally know the founders). There is a massive student protest ongoing within the country, and the government has shut down the internet for the past four days. I am guessing that is the reason they are unable to respond to any queries. You can check the situation on YouTube if you want more information. As of today, no one knows when the situation will improve.

I am using the Hostiko WordPress theme. They use Elementor and ElementPress. However, I am using Gutenberg for the docs.

The docs are using shortcodes for a WordPress video plugin.

Actually, you are using the wrong layout which is why you are facing this issue. If you use the default docs page, single docs page, and category archive page of BetterDocs, then you need to change the layout from the Customization only. I have checked the screenshot you shared. You are changing the layout of the docs page while you are on the docs category archive page that is why you are not able to see the changes. Please check the screencasts below on how to change the layout from the Customization:

Thanks for sharing the screenshot with us. Will you please tell me on which page you are getting the shortcodes? Is it the docs page or the category archive page? If you find the shortcode on any of these pages, then please change the layout according to the following and check if that resolves your issue:

I am no longer able to find the page which had the shortcode settings on it.

It’s very odd.

It was on the docs category or archive page (I can not rememeber which).

But when I visit any of the links now, it does not show.

I have visited the docs page: https://www.reasonhosting.com/docs/ on your website and found that all the BetterDocs pages (docs page, single doc page, category archive page) are properly visible. Actually, the issue was the layout that you were using. After changing the layout, it fixed the issue.
