    We are really sorry to hear about the issue you are facing with. Will you please tell me if you are using which version of the BetterDocs plugin on your end where you are facing the shortcode issue? Are both websites using the same version of the plugin?

    Hello and good day.

    It is using Version 3.7.3. The shortcodes are from a video plugin that I use.

    The other site is not using shortcodes.

Will you please tell me if you are using the same version of the BetterDocs plugin on your both sites? Also, will you please use the same theme on both sites and check if this issue is happening due to the theme or not?

    Apologies for the delay. Yes. I am still experiencing the issue.

    I have removed the site that betterdocs was working on.

    The problematic site is still up.
