• I do not know to make this work.

    1. Add a few custom variables and some markup to a page.
How and where can I do this?
    2. Specify the amount, name, description and other custom details as page metadata.
    3. Write [RZP] wherever you want on the post and the button to show up.
    it this kinda shortcode?

  • Hey Thamaraiselvam,

This is how I got the plugin working:

    Installation and initial setup
    ——————————
    1. Install the plugin
    2. Activate the plugin
    3. Go to plugin settings
    4. Enter Key Id, Key Secret (this needs to be generated from RazorPay website)
    5. Set Payment Action to ‘Authorize and Capture’

    Adding Custom Fields
    ———————
    1. Open/Create a page/blog post where you want the button to appear.
    2. Click on Screen Options (top right) and enable ‘Custom Fields’ checkbox! (Now you will have the option to add Custom fields on your page/blog post.)
    3. Scroll down on the current page till you see the ‘Custom fields’ section.
    4. Add three custom fields
    i. amount (in paisa. for e.g: for Rs.100 use 100*10 = 1000)
ii. name (name of the product)
iii. description (description of the product that needs to be sold)

Enabling the RazorPay button on a page
    ————————————–
    1. In the content section type [RZP] (along with the square bracket, this is a shortcode).
    2. Save and Preview/Publish to view the new ‘Pay with RazorPay’ button.

The amount needs to be in Rupees not in Paisa.
(No need to multiple by 100. For Rs.100, enter 100)
