    Hi .

I have downloaded and activated the plugin. I uploaded a PDF to the media gallery and attached it to the page thatI want it displayed on.

I go to the page that I want it to show up on and the title is there but the PDF icon is not.

I went and inspected the element (throught he developer tools on chrome) and in fact the icon does exist.

I used this code on the page that I wanted the document displayed.

    [dg attachment_pg=true images=true].

    Is this correct?

    Cheers

That shortcode is correct. If the source for the icon is on your page (which it sounds like it it), then the issue is with your theme or another plugin hiding the icon (most likely inadvertently).

If you can show me an example of this behavior, then I can look into the source of the issue. Knowing what theme you are using would also be useful.

    Thanks,
    Dan

    Sorry Dan,

I forgot to mention that the theme is the standard onne in wordpress (twenty thirteen). This however will not be the theme used and is only for test purposes.

    Thanks again

Your problem is related to the directory and/or file permissions for your wp-content directory. If you go to the URL for the image of the image that should be in the gallery, you will see a 403 error (forbidden access).

    All the best!

PS: If you find this plugin useful, please take a moment to give it a good rating so others can find it. Thanks!
