Document links don’t work

  • Hi Derek, thank you for using Document Library Lite. I apologize for the delayed response. Some of our notifications did not trigger correctly and we missed some forum threads.

    May I ask what search box you are using? Are you using a dedicated search plugin or a custom search box provided by your theme? If you are not using the built-in search box, this might be a conflict with the plugin and the search plugin/theme you are using. I recommend contacting your plugin or theme developer.

    If you are using the built-in search box, please switch your theme temporarily to Storefront and see if the issue will persist. This might be conflict with your theme. If the issue persists with using just the Storefront theme, please let me know.
