Document Much?

I find it inexplicable that this plugin is unaccompanied by documentation.

I’m well-versed in the ways of AWS (generally a much hairier and less-well documented beast than GCP) so I’m aware of/accustomed to how messy authentication/IAM bucket policy issues can be.

And precisely for this reason, I am unwilling to spend the next 2 hours of my life combing through the general GCP documentation regarding bucket storage, merely to extract the 3-5 simple steps necessary for configuring this plugin.

Boo. Bigly boo.
