During pretest of a survey that should soon become public, I experience problems with the “file upload” question type and the retrieval of files that have been uploaded.
    1) On the frontend, survey participants wanting to upload more than one document may find this difficult since the upload button may not become active again after the first upload. Instead, useres are shown the name of the file they have uploaded. Apparently the upload function can be reactivated by clicking on the x behind the file name, but this needs explanation.
    2) On the backend, when viewing individual submissions, it is equally difficult to retrieve more than one document since the name of only one is shown. There is a way around by directly accessing the WordPress file manager and retrieving the documents from httpdocs/wp-content/uploads, but here it is not possible to see which documents belong to which submission.

    Dear @eicken71,

    Thank you for the topic.

At the moment, unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t have the multiple file upload feature available for usage.

By the?way, thank you very much for your?suggestion.
All?suggestions?are welcomed as they are?mutually?beneficial for all of us.?

We will let you know in case we include this feature in one of the future updates of the plugin.

As to the second question, I am not sure I understand your desired result correctly.
So, please clarify your question and the result you want to achieve so that we can guide you accordingly.

    Thank you.

O.K., it was not clear to me that multiple uploads are not possible. You should clarify that in the upload question type template. Now there is a statement “Maximum upload file size: 64MB” plus a menu for setting the maximum file size to as much as 100MB maximum. This made me assume that 64MB is the limit for a single file and that 100MB is the maximum total size of several files. You should at least clarify this in your next update.
Of course multiple uploads would be desirable.
