Documentation?

Hey there,

We are testing the plugin — very cool so far. While most of it is self-explanatory other things are not, such as when to use local as opposed to external generation of critical CSS and when both should be used at once since using both at once is possible, as one example.

Anyway, is there documentation anywhere?
