Documentation?

Hello, I’ have everything setup but my popups are not displaying (I have purged all caches). I read a topic about needing to select the popup on each page, but that option is not available on any of my pages or posts. I also cannot find the basic documentation so I’m struggling to set up the plugin properly. Can you point me to the documentation so I can make sure I’ve set it up correctly. As of now I’ve created and published a newsletter popup, set the delay to 5 seconds for testing, but no luck. I’m not sure what to do with the shortcode. Help!
