    When sending 10-20 emails at the same time we always get 1-2 emails that have a status of “Status: Not Sent” in the Email Error Log. Nothing comes up as to why the emails were not sent. I have scoured the Technical Details in the Email Log as well as our PHP error logs and nothing comes up. What are the possible reasons for getting a Status: Not Sent? Just trying to figure out where I should look next.

    Thanks for reaching out. When you get a chance, can you please share the mailer you’re using? You probably reached the limit of sending emails at the same time imposed by the mailer you’re using. In cases, you are using transactional mailers such as SMTP.com, Mailgun, you can check the mailer’s log which can have more details on the status of the email.
