Documentation OUT OF DATE!

When I look at the Documentation at https://www.gracethemesdemo.com/documentation/social-care/
to find out how to edit what displays in the News Scrolling banner to the left of the Social Icons, I find these instructions
“To manage this section go to Appearance ? Theme Options ? Sections ? Section 5”.
I assume this is Appearance ? Customize ? Theme Options Panel. BUT there is no Sections choice and No Section 5 Choice.
Is there a more up to date Documentation?
