Documentation Updates

Thanks for the plugin, but the current installation instructions are not complete and could cause some problems for users… and in fact, even when configured I’m still getting emails from WooCommerce.

But to start with, the current Installation page basically has you install and activate the plugin then “That’s it!”

But it leaves out the fact that you need to go to WooCommerce –> Settings –> Notifications –> Check all of the boxes you want then hit Save Changes.

After activating the plugin, I wanted to bulk-manage some old orders and wanted to verify it wasn’t going to send out notifications to people from these orders that were years old. I tested on one of my own tests… and I got emails.

Then I figured out the settings, checked all of the boxes, then tried on another test, and I still got a “New Customer Order” email from the system (I was actually just moving an order from Cancelled to Complete, and it generated the New Customer Order email even though in settings it should be disabled)
