Purchased the premium version of your plugin and have some questions, please! Thank you in advance …

    – Where can I find the user guide or set-up documentation for URP?

    – How to integrate with Woocommerce Review tab so that the URP review form in each product page tab is specific to that product … without user having to type or choose from a mile long dropdown list? Cannot figure out how to use the URP shortcodes for this purpose.

    – How to get radio/arrow advance buttons (ex. Setting is to show 3 reviews per page and there are 7 reviews total) not to refresh entire page and land at the top of the page (vs. within the same spot) when used within the WC Reviews tab or a widget?

    – How to display only the average star rating for a single product in its Reviews tab?

    – How margins and padding code should be entered in Styling area? I would like to reduce the top and bottom padding for reviews displayed

    Thank you!

    Hi Rideplan,

    – You can take a look at the FAQ and Installation tabs of our WordPress plugin page. We’re in the process of creating more tutorial videos for this plugin. Also, as a premium customer, please feel free to email us with any questions or difficulties you might have.

    – If you set the “Replace WooCommerce Reviews” to “Yes” (“Premium” area of the settings) then it will automatically replace the default WooCommerce reviews with the Ultimate Reviews. It will also create a review form in that same tab that automatically associates the review to that product. The user does not have to enter or pick any product name.

    – There is currently no option for this. But it’s a good feature suggestion, though. Thank you. We’ll look into the possibility of implement something like this.

    – Make sure “Summary Statistics” is set to “Limited” (“Premium” area of the settings) and “In-Depth Reviews” is set to “No” (“Basic” area of the settings).

    – You would enter the value like this: “32px”. Also, if there are elements for which you would like to modify the styling, and they aren’t found in the “Styling” area of the settings, you can make use of the “Custom CSS” box found in the “Basic” area of the settings to modify specific CSS classes and IDs.
