Documents not attaching

    Hi there,

    I have an issue at the moment, whereby the form submits all the information, but documents submitted don’t seem to be attaching to the email.

    Would you be able to advise what may be causing this?

    The form looks fine and it’s possible to upload an attachment. It just doesn’t seem to send following submission of the form.

    Can you send me the screenshot of you Contact -> Edit Contact -> Mail tab settings?

    Hi there,

    I seem to have solved the issue. It seems the attachment name got changed, but not updated internally. So seems to be working following the update.
