Documents put in ‘Awaiting Moderation’ state

  • Hi!

    We’ve been using this plugin for quite some time and it’s great. But lately we’ve noticed that some documents, once they’re added to a group, are directly put in ‘Awaiting Moderation’ state. Why is that?
    Is not happening with all the documents, and it happened in different groups. But we cannot find a reason why.

    Do the documents contain a lot of links? Sometimes Akismet integration can incorrectly flag items as “awaiting moderation”.

    You can disable Akismet checking for BuddyPress Docs by putting the following into a functions.php or other plugin file:

    add_filter( 'bp_docs_use_akismet', '__return_false' );

    I don’t think the documents contains any link…
    I will try that snippet and hopefully it works!
