I moved my wordpress site to a different folder, and now I get error 500 message of the following when trying to download:

The website encountered an error while retrieving https://mubetapsi.org/intranet/?mdocs-file=2991&mdocs-url=false. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

Everything else seems to work fine, preview displays the documents as it should, sharing pops up properly, etc. I tried uploading new files thinking it was a linking issue due to the folder change, but that did not resolve anything.

    Any luck with this issue?

Some of these clearly refer to other errors, but before I try any of them I want to create a test site that runs just your plugin, and rename it’s folder just like I did with ours, because I really do think that’s what the problem is. Unfortunately, we have a constant problem with our hosting where WordPress can’t create an uploads folder like it’s supposed to, even when I change permissions. Have been waiting on our hosting provider to address that, but they’ve had their own stuff to deal with this past week so they haven’t gotten back to me on that yet

Keep me posted with your findings.

how did you the test site go.

That one worked fine. I had set the test site up through our web control panel, which I didn’t originally know was an option. There must be some settings that are different between a manual setup vs automated. I think at this point I’m just going to have to uninstall the plugin, re-install, and reupload the files. I can’t figure out anything else that would work.

Server configurations issue are very hard to debug, I hope you have success moving forward.
