Docx file is not uploading with contacct form 7

  • i cannot upload a docx file with contact form 7. can anyone please help me with that?

    – Explicitly allowing docx files in the form-tag. e.g. [file file-tag filetypes:doc|docx]
    – Activating a stock WordPress theme e.g. Twenty-Seventeen
    – Disabling all plugins
    – Checking the logs of any firewall plugin you are running
    – Checking your error logs
    – Asking the host if sever-level security may be preventing upload
