Does Ad Inserter avoid oembed content?

I have an older ad plugin that I need to switch away from, as one issue includes not factoring for paragraphs within oembed content. For instance, tweets have a <p></p> with a script included which technically is considered a paragraph which could mean that ads could be inserted and inadvertently hidden within the embedded tweet. Does this plugin compensate for that by ignoring <p> tags within embeds?
