Does Alipay work on this alone?

Hello,

I’m thinking about downloading this plugin because it says it supports payment through alipay. However, though there is a brief mention on the plugin’s description page, I can’t see any screenshots which shows this or any explanations on https://wpsimplepay.com/.

I thought that in order to use alipay on your website, one must sign a contract with Alipay (https://global.alipay.com/product/websitepayment.htm).

So does Alipay work on this plugin? Or is it only an obscure option for people who already have a contract with alipay? thanks
