Does anyone have group-archives-by-year plugin?

I was wondering if anyone has the group-archives-by-year plugin found at blindmuse.com? It seems the site has been down at least a week, so I’m not sure when it will (if ever?) be up again. Does anyone have the file(s) they could send my way? I’ve searched around but can’t seem to find a different download source.
