Does anyone know how to setup HMR for @wordpress/scripts + @wordpress/env?

Hi,
I am trying to setup HMR for gutenberg blocks that I am planing to modify and update. I would like to have HMR because it so much more seamless development than having the page restart every time. It saves so much time. But unfortunately information about it a bit scarse. I have attempted to do something with vite js
(https://github.com/asolopovas/lyn-blocks) vite branchto see if I can get everthing setup but currently due to lack of examples on how to set this up I am unable to achieve it yet. As to@wordpress/scriptthe have –hot flag that enable hmr in webpack config but there is know documentation on how to combine it with@wordpress/env. Could someone please help me out with this?Thanking you in advance.

Hi @asandco, thank you for clarifying that. I’m afraid I have zero experience with this. However, I did find a couple of resources that may help (although I imagine you may have found these yourself already as well).

There they reference a post on Hot Module Replacement for Gutenberg Blocks, which looks helpful.
And there is also a post on Webpack with hot module replacement (HMR) in WordPress theme development.
I hope this helps in some way. I’ve also added relevant tags to this post so that it may be found more easily by others who know more about this topic.
