Does anyone know of a good WP theme for a static site?

I’m looking for a WP theme that would work well as a simple, static site. In other words, one that will be easy for someone who’s not skilled at PHP to turn into a simple template free of blog elements such as posts and comment fields. Just something where I can have a header image, navigation, text and photos.
