Does anyone know of a theme with built in nested image galleries?

  • I am looking for a theme with a built in way of organizing large quantities of images into categories and subcategories. Ideally the theme would automatically create image thumbnails which link child page assigned to it, as in:

    Category (Parent Page showing thumbs of all child pages assigned to it)
    -Subcategory (child page showing thumbs of sub-subcategories)
    –sub-subcategory (child page showing thumbnails of every image page assigned to it as a child)
    —Image Page 1 (shows full size image)
    —Image Page 2 (shows full size image)
    —Image Page 3 (shows full size image)

    Is there any way to accomplish this with a theme or a plugin, instead of having to create them one by one?
