Hi, I occasionally find a page which is not cached correctly that does not display properly. – when i clear the cache its ok again

(I have reset all settings to default and only turned on lazy load and responsive placeholder as this makes the biggest difference to my woocommerce page load speeds.)

If I use the crawler and set it to 4 hours will the crawler fix any faulty cached pages?

    Thanks
    Stephen

but if I login to wordpress then they display OK

I’ll try it but lets face it you don’t actually know whats causing the problem.

Just excluding parts of astra from the cache is not a real solution.

For some reason astra and litespeed cache do not work together.

Can you recommend another lazy load plugin I can try?

Other lazy load plugins I’ve used dont display responsive placeholders

The first case, I do, from my previous check it was due to dynamic CSS somehow being cached with 404 error, so exclude it from being cached with 404 was solution, unless it’s proven otherwise

Foe second issue, it’s kind of standard procedure, majority of such display/rendering issues are caused by certain options, like CSS combine or UCSS or CCSS, so had to try default first, and see how it goes , and it if works, then locate/narrow down which one and see how to deal with it further

No sorry, I don’t know any other lazyload plugins

    yeah whatever

I havent got time to trawl through the vast catalogue of random errors thrown up by litepseed cache plugin.

You can spend your life fixing bizzare faults and twiddling various settings but I’ve got better things to do ??

    Hi,

first of all, please allow me to apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced.

I wholeheartedly wish everything can be simple, easy and smooth for everyone , and I can fix all the issues with one touch , but unfortunately thing doesn’t work out that way

anything made by code could have issues here and there , from one-man developer to super tech giants , Google , Microsoft, Apple …etc , even WordPress itself releases new version with fixes and patches from time to time , that happens to all softwares

I understand the troubleshooting process could be boring , hard , or frustrating.

this is just like you take your car to repair facility , and tells mechanician your car has some problem and need to fix , but mechanician can’t fix anything just by looking it from outside , he needs to checks , tests, diagnosis in order fix it.

that’s the way for how to fix problems and issues.

    Best regards,

Hi thats fine I appreciate your help.

But it does look like on my website litespeed cache plugin normally has one problem or another and I dont have time to go finding faulty pages and excluding various things.

Also I think in the end we wouldnt find a proper resolution.

I’ve turned off litespeed cache and am using cloudflare which is giving me the same results and no technical problems so far.

    Thanks
    Stephen ??
