does disabling account creation prevent admin to create them manualy ?

    hi

    i need create users account but i will create them manually when i received their payments and moving updating their permissions with “user role” plugin when they stops to pay.

    can i keep actiated the “block user account creation” feature please ?

    Where you’re the admin, you can create users account even if the “Block user account creation” policy is enabled.
    Most policies do not apply to the logged in administrator, because it is whitelisted by default.
