Does “DISALLOW_FILE_MODS” also auto-pdates?

    Hi

    some plugins have automatic updates.
    like WPML updates the language packages sometimes.

    Does this option shuts down those updates too?

    PS.: And some paid plugins update automatically as long as the lincence is valid.

    Automatic updates will be disabled too.
    I’m not sure about WPML, maybe it downloads its packages without relying on the WordPress API. For instance, if you disallowed updates, NinjaFirewall could still update its security rules.
    Regarding premium plugin updates, they often rely on the WP API and will most likely be disabled too.
