Does E-mail Subscriber send e-mails in batches?

Hi! Can this plug-in allow you to send the e-mail notifications in batches? I need to adjust that for hosting limitations. Do I need another plug-in for that function?

I searched support and looked at your FAQs. I didn’t find a thread with an answer. I plan to have notices sent (in batches) immediately after a post is published.
