Does email generate from customer updating note on order?

    If a customer places an order and then later updates their order by adding to, or editing, their note? Does this generate an email to the website owner?

    If not? Is there a plugin that will do this?

    Hello there,
    No, WooCommerce will not generate an email in this case. Also, the customer cannot edit the note once the order is placed. They will need to contact you for it, so adding a plugin to allow it becomes useless.
