Does Exactly What We Needed

We needed to be able to categorize our In Processing orders without taking them out of the In Processing status. By creating custom order statuses that had no action involved, we were able to give orders a status that serviced as a holding status without affecting the flow of status updates/emails. And when viewing orders, we can now see the count of the number of each custom order we have right across the top of the order view screen, and we can filter for any of them.
