Does FooBox Have Support?

Hi,
Last month we purchased a plugin called FooBox FooGallery. It is a paid license that is supposed to come with support. In the past month we have submitted 3 or 4 tickets with literally zero response of any kind from anyone at the plugin. Our questions are legitimate and we’re not able to understand what is happening. It’s like our support tickets are going into some alternate dimension where the entire support team mysteriously never gets them. :\
We bought the plugin with the intention of building out hundreds of galleries, and with the way FooGallery works, this will make our site incredibly dependent on the plugin as thousands of external backlinks generated through the plugin will be tied into it.
We have many plugins we’ve used reliably for 5plus years, so tying our site into this plugin would not be as worrisome if we knew we could depend on the plugin to be around and reliable. :\
But the fact that their support team seems to be completely MIA is incredibly worrisome. Again, we have a paid license that has a direct “support” link in our dashboard that we have used to submit the tickets. It’s been weeks since we submitted our first ticket and literally… nothing. Crickets.
Does anyone else have experience with this plugin? Does anyone from FooBox respond in these forums? We’d really like to figure out what the status is on the support for this plugin before we completely lock our website into it.
