Does form now display on Safari?

Hi:
I’d really like to recommend this plugin to a client – can you tell me if this problem is resolved?
Safari browser does now not recognize if viewed on mobile and will show desktop. To correct, if not to show on all devices (mobile, tablet, etc…), when viewed in the Safari browser screens under 1024px in width will not show the form
