    I aim to do a weekly bump to this thread until we have some official words on this issue. Google is of no help and I have come across other threads with no actual confirmation.

    You need a memory-based caching backend to utilize mfunc, disk enhanced is disk-based. You also need W3 Total Cache Pro to unlock this fully.
