Does installing a caching plugin (w3) affect this plugin’s functionality?

    Does installing a caching plugin (w3 total cache) affect how this plugin works? How can I set up the caching plugin to prevent this?

    The /random URL endpoint (or equivalent, check your settings for the exact url) needs to be excluded from cache; W3TC has this option in the advanced settings area
